What is the delivery time of my order?
When you place an order at PawPawia, the delivery time is a little different from what you may be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 10–15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order?
Due to high demand for our products, it is possible that your order arrives a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please send an email to support@pawpawia.com . We will look into your order and find out what’s going on.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To request a return, simply contact our customer service at support@pawpawia.com Please include your name, your order number (e.g., #0000) as shown in your confirmation email, and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return instructions. Once confirmed, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact amount depends on the courier. Check the website of the courier you plan to use for more information on pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
Our standard return period is 30 days. This period starts on the day you receive your item. Certain conditions apply to returns.
You can only return an item if:
The return period has not expired
The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
The product has not been used
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you are unsure whether your preferred payment method is supported, simply follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
That should not happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@pawpawia.com and we will help you right away.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. If you wish to cancel, please email support@pawpawia.com as soon as possible and include your name and order number (e.g. #0000). Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
